Lau: From Stress to Power

Rejuvenation and power: these were the feelings Lau wanted to channel during this shoot. Do you feel it here?

We spend so much energy fussing over what others think, especially when anxiety takes over. At the start of the shoot Lau opened up about some stressors currently in her mind and decided to replace that anxiety with feelings of rejuvenation. I'm just glad I was there to capture it.

There is a clear transformation simply by creating space for vulnerability and self-expression.

It's amazing what goes on during these sessions; there is a clear transformation simply by creating space for vulnerability and self-expression. My subjects afford me so much trust, for which I am immensely grateful.
